Why doesn't scrubbing or pressure
washing keep my concrete clean?
Scrubbing and pressure washing just cleans the surface but can
not get down into the concrete where oil, algae or mildew is attached. Our
cleaner will penetrate the concrete and will emulsify and lift out the oil or
kill all organic growth that makes the concrete look so nasty.

What is making my concrete green and
how do I stop it?
Algae or mold discolors concrete and makes it turn green to
black, EOS cleaners will penetrate the concrete and kill this organic growth.
After treating the concrete with EOS cleaners you can now hose off or pressure
wash the dead growth away. The concrete should now be sealed to eliminate a
place for future growth to take place.

How do I get oil out of my driveway?
Use EOS
Oil-X-Out to remove the oil that has soiled your concrete.
Oil-X-Out will penetrate
your concrete and lift it to the surface to be hosed away.

Yes, simply apply

Cleaner to the white fluffy area’s to chemically neutralize the
efflorescence growth. Severe cases that have left a white stain may require two

How can I remove the mortar smear that
was left on my brick and adjacent concrete?
EOS Multi
Strength 690 will remove mortar smear from brick and concrete, just saturate
the area and brush away.

All brick, mortar and concrete must be sealed
with the correct EOS sealers to keep the same problems from recurring.
